Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10/20/2026

1. Who we are

We do not sell your personal information, and we use it only to help you find health insurance.

Premier Health Quotes is owned and operated by Sicuro Health LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a licensed insurance agency. This policy explains what we collect when you use premierhealthquotes.com or call us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Every lead and call we receive is handled by our own licensed agents. We do not pass your information to other agencies, lead buyers or marketers.

2. Information we collect

We collect what you tell us in our quote form or on a call, a record of your consent, and some information about your device and visit.

Where it comes from What we collect
Our quote form ZIP code, who needs coverage, age range, household income range, first and last name, email address, phone number
When you submit the form Your answer to the consent checkbox, the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, and a consent certificate from TrustedForm
Phone calls Your phone number, the date and length of the call, which page or ad led to it, and a recording of the call
Your visit Device and browser type, IP address and the approximate location it suggests, pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, and the ad or search term that brought you to the site

We do not ask for your Social Security number, medical history or precise location on this website. A licensed agent may ask for more information on a call if you choose to apply for a plan, because the carrier or the Health Insurance Marketplace needs it to process your application.

We do not buy information about you from data providers or add to what you give us from other sources.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to contact you about the coverage you asked about and to run our own business. We do not use it for any other company’s purposes.

  • To contact you. A licensed agent calls, texts or emails you about the health insurance options you asked about, under the consent described in section 6.
  • To help you compare and apply. An agent uses your answers to find plans available in your area and, if you choose one, to help you apply.
  • To keep a record of your consent. Insurance and telemarketing rules require us to show that you agreed to be contacted.
  • To understand how our site and ads perform. We measure which pages and ads lead people to request a quote or buy a plan, so we can improve them. We do not use your information to show you ads on other websites.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse. We check for fake form submissions and invalid ad clicks.
  • To meet legal obligations. We keep and disclose information when the law, a regulator or a court requires it, and to protect our rights.

4. We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing. That includes other insurance agencies, lead buyers and data brokers.

We disclose it only in these cases:

  • Companies that work for us. They run parts of our service on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to that work. They may not use your information for their own purposes.
  • The carrier or Marketplace you apply with. If you decide to apply for a plan, we send your application to that insurance carrier or to the Health Insurance Marketplace, at your request.
  • When the law requires it. To comply with law, a regulator, a court order or a legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.
  • If our business changes hands. If Sicuro Health LLC merges, is sold or transfers its assets, your information may move with it, and this policy will still apply to it.

The companies that currently work for us:

What they do for us Provider
Hosting and running the website Bluehost, NitroPack
Calling, texting and call records Convoso, CallTrackingMetrics
Recording your consent to be contacted TrustedForm (ActiveProspect)
Measuring site visits and page use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager
Measuring which ads lead to a quote request Google Ads
Blocking invalid and fraudulent ad clicks ClickCease

For Google Ads, we send Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, phone number, name and ZIP code when you submit the form. If you later buy a plan through us, we tell Google that the sale happened, linked to the same ad click. This lets Google report which of our ads lead to customers. Google handles this information as our service provider under its advertising data terms. We do not use it to build advertising audiences or to show you ads.

5. Cookies and site measurement

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to work, to measure how it is used and to see which ads bring people to it. We do not use them to show you ads on other websites.

  • Analytics. Google Analytics counts visits and the pages people view. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through a page, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can fix parts that are hard to use.
  • Ad measurement. Google Ads tells us when a click on one of our ads leads to a quote request.
  • Call tracking. CallTrackingMetrics may show a different phone number on the page so we can tell which ad or page led to your call.
  • Consent records. TrustedForm records your visit to the form so there is an independent record of your consent.
  • Fraud prevention. ClickCease checks ad clicks to block bots and repeat invalid clicks.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

6. Calls, texts and your consent

We contact you only if you agree to it, and only Premier Health Quotes, Sicuro Health LLC and its licensed agents contact you. No other company receives your consent or your number.

When you tick the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you gave, including by autodialer, artificial or prerecorded voice and text message, about health insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Call recording. We record calls for quality, training and compliance, and we tell you at the start of the call.

You can stop contact at any time, in any of these ways:

  • Tell the agent on the call that you do not want to be contacted.
  • Reply STOP to any text message.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Email us at Leads@sicuro-health.com and ask to be placed on our do-not-call list.

We process do-not-call requests promptly. You may still receive a message confirming that you have opted out.

7. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, then delete it or make it anonymous.

Record How long we keep it
If you buy a plan: your application, policy records, consent record and call recordings For as long as your policy is active, then at least 10 years after you enrolled or 5 years after the policy ends, whichever is later

Do-not-call and opt-out requests At least 5 years from the request
Site analytics Up to 14 months

We protect your information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page of our site. Access is limited to staff and providers who need it to do their work. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If you think your information has been compromised, contact us at Leads@sicuro-health.com.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, wherever you live. Email Leads@sicuro-health.com with your name and the phone number or email you gave us.

  • Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it.
  • Correction. Ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your information. We may keep what the law requires, such as consent records and do-not-call requests.
  • Stop contact. Opt out of calls, texts and emails at any time, as described in section 6.

Residents of California and some other states have these rights by law, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. California residents can find more detail in our CCPA Disclosure.

We verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching the contact details you gave us, and we respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If we turn down your request, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

9. Children, changes and contact

Children. Our site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to submit our form, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy. We will post any change on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will ask for your permission first where the law requires it.
